After-sale Service Program
PRE-TEC has a well-trained, experienced group of robotics technicians. We offer support in training, programming, spare parts, and maintenance. One of our Service Applications Engineers will work directly with your company.
What We Offer
After the purchase of your new robotic system, PRE-TEC offers pre-scheduled PM visits each quarter at our standard rates. Service rates are $880 per eight-hour day, Monday through Friday. Travel days are billed at $85.00 per hour. Overtime and weekend labor is billed at one and one-half times the regular rate. All travel fare and per diem expenses are billed at cost. Specific dates for servicing or in-plant start-up assistance should be scheduled in advance and are subject to technician availability. A purchase order is normally required before the technician’s travel is authorized. Non-warranty parts replacement and consumable supplies are billed as needed.

Replacement Parts Services
Replacement parts for any Willamette Valley Company or PRE-TEC system can be ordered by calling (800) 205-9826. Our order desk can inform you whether or not the parts are in stock, current price, and approximate shipping time.
