Precision Technologies’ Automated Nail Line Application System is used to apply water-based nail line paint/ink to OSB and plywood panels.

The Automated Nail Line Application System can apply several nail line patterns using one or multiple colors. Nail line patterns are solid and constant in nature and are guaranteed to be less than or equal to 3 mm wide. Specially engineered application guns are self-cleaning and virtually maintenance free. You can choose between our fully automated system and our manual gun positioning system.

All WVCO nail line marking paints and inks are guaranteed against bleed through on flooring panels. Special plywood formulations maintain line integrity without wicking into the surrounding wood fiber.
